Marshmallow
Beneficial for bladder/kidney problems, inflammation, healing and soothing of skin problems, mucous membranes and other tissues both internally and externally. Diuretic and expectorant properties, assists with digestive relief, headaches, intestinal disorders, sinusitis, and sore throats. Might be beneficial in enriching breast milk and in treating bed wetting.
Sometimes used as a filler in the compounding of pills.

Milk Thistle
Excellent in protecting the liver and stimulates the production of new liver cells and preventing formation of damaging leukotrienes. Beneficial in helping to prevent free radical damage by acting as an antioxidant. Assists the kidneys and is good for adrenal disorders, weakened immune system, bowel disorders, jaundice, hepatitis, cirrhosis, and all liver disorders. Also can help psoriasis.
Also called Wild Artichoke. Contains a mixture of flavonoid derivatives called Silymarin that works directly on liver cells.

Mullein
